Available in DN20, DN32, and DN40 sizes, it supports a rated working pressure of 16 bar (burst pressure 64 bar) and operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. The standard EPDM seal (with optional FKM/NBR variants) ensures compatibility with deionized water, glycol solutions, and common industrial fluids. Installation Process
- Preparation: Ensure the connector and mating components are clean, free of debris, and undamaged. Depressurize the fluid system before installation.
- Connection: Align the connector with the mating socket, then push until a secure lock is achieved. The ball valve will automatically open upon full engagement.
- Verification: Perform a pressure test to confirm no leaks before bringing the system online.
- Disconnection: Depressurize the system, then simply pull the connector out of the socket. The ball valve will automatically close to prevent fluid loss.
