The UQDB Series Blind-Mate Quick Connector by Hoonsun is a high-precision, self-aligning fluid connection solution engineered for automated, high-density liquid cooling systems. Crafted from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel with an advanced EPDM sealing system, this coupling delivers leak-proof performance in blind-mating environments, eliminating the need for visual alignment or manual manipulation.

Designed for demanding industrial applications, it supports a rated working pressure of 20 bar (burst pressure 80 bar) and operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. With four sizes (DN03 to DN10) and standard UNF thread connections, it offers versatile integration and compatibility with common liquid cooling media, including deionized water, glycol solutions, and fluorinated fluids.

Installation Process

• Preparation: Ensure the connector and mating components are clean, free of debris, and undamaged. Depressurize the fluid system before installation.
• Blind-Mate Connection: The self-aligning design automatically guides the plug into the socket as the components are brought together. No visual alignment or manual manipulation is required.
• Verification: Once the components are fully mated, the connector will lock into place. Perform a pressure test to confirm no leaks before bringing the system online.
• Disconnection: Simply separate the components; the connector will automatically disengage and seal to prevent fluid loss. No tools are required.
