Installation Process

  • Preparation: Ensure the coupling and mating components are clean, free of debris, and undamaged. Depressurize the fluid system before installation.
  • Connection: Align the plug and socket, then push straightly until a click sound confirms complete locking.
  • Verification: Perform a pressure test to confirm no leaks before bringing the system online.
  • Disconnection: Depressurize the system, then simply pull the plug out of the socket. The coupling will automatically seal to prevent fluid loss.
