Installation Process

  • Preparation: Ensure the connector and mating surface are clean and free of debris. Verify the system is depressurized before installation.
  • Connection: Align the plug and socket, then push them together until you hear/feel a positive click, confirming full engagement.
  • Verification: After connection, perform a pressure test to confirm zero leakage.
  • Disconnection: Depressurize the system, then simply pull the plug out of the socket (no tools required) for maintenance or replacement.

⚠️ Note: Never disconnect the connector while the system is under pressure to prevent fluid spray and injury.
