Hongxiang BLC series blind-mate quick connectors are high-performance fluid coupling solutions designed for liquid cooling systems. Featuring superior sealing, reliable connection, and wide fluid compatibility, they are ideal for data centers, AI servers, energy storage, and industrial applications.

Manufactured from 316L stainless steel or high-grade aluminum alloy, these connectors deliver long service life, high-temperature resistance, and excellent durability. With an EPDM sealing system (optional FVMO available), they provide stable performance across -40°C to 120°C. Plug-and-play design ensures fast, tool-free installation and disconnection, even in blind-mate scenarios.

Installation Process

1. Preparation: Ensure the connector and mating part are clean and free of debris.
2. Alignment: Align the plug and socket along the axis.
3. Blind-Mate Connection: Push the plug into the socket until you hear/feel a click, confirming full engagement.
4. Leak Test: After connection, perform a pressure test to verify zero leakage.
5. Disconnection: Simply pull the plug out of the socket (no tools required) for maintenance or replacement.

⚠️ Note: Ensure the system is depressurized before disconnection to prevent fluid spray.
