The UQD Series Liquid-Cooled Quick Coupling by Hoonsun is a high-performance, leak-proof fluid connection solution designed for demanding liquid cooling applications. Crafted from premium 316L stainless steel with versatile sealing options (EPDM/HNBR/FKM), this coupling delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and reliable performance across a wide range of fluids and temperatures.

Engineered for efficiency, it supports a rated working pressure of 20 bar (burst pressure 80 bar) and operates reliably from -40°C to +120°C. With four sizes (DN03 to DN10) and multiple connection options (UNF/G threads, hose barbs), it offers seamless integration into various liquid cooling systems, from small lab equipment to large-scale data centers.

Installation Process

• Preparation: Ensure the coupling and mating components are clean, free of debris, and undamaged. Depressurize the fluid system before installation.
• Connection: Align the plug and socket, then push straightly until a click sound confirms complete locking.
• Verification: Perform a pressure test to confirm no leaks before bringing the system online.
• Disconnection: Depressurize the system, then simply pull the plug out of the socket. The coupling will automatically seal to prevent fluid loss.

⚠️ Safety Note: Never connect or disconnect the coupling while the system is under pressure. Protect the sealing surface from scratches to maintain leak-proof performance.
