Hongxiang MDC series liquid-cooled couplings are high-performance, all-stainless-steel fluid connectors engineered for demanding liquid cooling applications. Built from 316L stainless steel, these quick couplings deliver exceptional corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and zero-leak reliability in even the harshest industrial environments.

Designed for high-flow efficiency, the MDC series supports a wide range of sizes from DN04 to DN25, making them ideal for large-scale cooling systems. With standard EPDM seals (optional NBR/FVMQ available), they maintain stable performance across a broad temperature range of -40°C to 120°C and a working pressure of 20bar (burst pressure 80bar). The tool-free plug-and-play design simplifies installation and maintenance, while multiple connection options (threaded, hose barb, quick-fit) ensure seamless integration into any system.

Installation Process

• Preparation: Ensure the connector and mating surface are clean and free of debris. Depressurize the system before installation to avoid fluid spray.
• Connection: Align the plug and socket, then push them together until you hear/feel a positive click, confirming full engagement.
• Verification: Perform a pressure test to confirm zero leakage before full system operation.
• Disconnection: Depressurize the system, then simply pull the plug out of the socket (no tools required) for maintenance or replacement.
