Product Description

Hongxiang MBD series compact quick connectors are high-performance, space-saving fluid coupling solutions designed for liquid cooling systems. Featuring a compact design, superior sealing, and reliable performance, they are ideal for applications where space is at a premium, including data centers, AI servers, medical equipment, and new energy systems.

Manufactured from high-grade 316L stainless steel, these connectors deliver exceptional corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and long service life. With EPDM seals (NBR/FVMO options available), they ensure zero leakage across a wide range of temperatures (-55°C to 125°C) and pressures (up to 20bar working pressure). Installation Process

Preparation: Ensure the connector and mating surface are clean and free of debris. Verify the system is depressurized before installation.
Connection: Align the plug and socket, then push them together until you hear/feel a positive click, confirming full engagement.
Verification: After connection, perform a pressure test to confirm zero leakage.
Disconnection: Depressurize the system, then simply pull the plug out of the socket (no tools required) for maintenance or replacement.

⚠️ Note: Never disconnect the connector while the system is under pressure to prevent fluid spray and injury.
