Hoonsun cable glands for multiple cables are made from high-quality raw materials. They are typically constructed from nylon and polyamide (PA). Hoonsun’s multi-cable glands are made from high-performance weather-resistant rubber and nylon. Metal multi-cable glands are manufactured from nickel-plated brass.
As a result, they can operate under static temperatures ranging from -40°C to 100°C and dynamic temperatures from -20°C to 80°C, while providing ingress protection with an IP68 rating up to 10 bar.
Product features and advantages
Product material: Multiple entry brass cable gland is made of high-grade copper alloy nickel-plated, some are made of UL approved nylon PA66. Some are made of standard EPDM outdoor weather resistant rubber. Customers can also specify NBR mechanical oil resistant rubber.
Design and Functionality: The multiple entry brass cable gland features multiple outlet holes, allowing several cables to be integrated into a single outlet. This design significantly reduces construction time and costs, and minimizes the space required for outlet holes.
Appearance and Customization: It boasts a precise and aesthetically pleasing metal design. Users can select the appropriate size based on the outer diameter of the wire, with options available for special A-shaped design technology to ensure a perfect fit.
Performance and Protection: Each cable entry provides excellent waterproof insulation and secure tensile strength, preventing cables from entangling with one another. The gland is resistant to acids, alkalis, and chemical solvents, offering superior anti-corrosion protection.
