The waterproof silicone copper cable gland is an essential accessory for cables, widely used in industries such as oil, chemical, machinery, nuclear power, shipbuilding, paper, pharmaceuticals, food, and aerospace.

This gland can secure the cable and connect to the upper part of an equipment box, with an option for a screw thread connection. It is suitable for use in the import and export of internal threads on electrical equipment, as well as in general mechanical control boxes, distribution panels, and machines.

By firmly clamping the cable, the gland ensures effective waterproofing. Its primary functions are to keep the cable path clear, maintain a sealed environment, and ensure the cable’s insulation level for safe and reliable operation. Poor sealing can lead to oil leakage, drying out oil-impregnated paper, and moisture intrusion, which can degrade the paper’s insulation performance.

Product details

1. Our thread specifications are metric thread, German thread, American thread and British thread.

2. The product material includes a nickel-plated brass (stainless steel) shell, nylon inner core, nitrile rubber and silicone rubber seal.

3. Within the specified limits, with the sealing ring to tighten the nut, the protection level can reach IP68.

4. The inner core unique clamping claw and sealing ring are mutually buckled and designed to tighten the nut to improve the tensile performance.

5. Our products can be waterproof, dustproof, salt resistant, acid and alkali resistant, alcohol, grease and other general solvents.

6. It can adapt to bad environments such as offshore operations, mine machinery and chemical equipment.
